Age Policy
Guests 16 years and older are welcome to enjoy our spa treatments. Guests under 16 may join a parent or guardian for select spa experiences when accompanied at all times.
Pre-Arrival
To enhance your wellness journey, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a warm welcome, a brief consultation, and a relaxed start to your experience.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment to respect the time of our next guest.
Spa Etiquette
• Quiet Zone: Please silence mobile devices to preserve our peaceful environment.
• Your Comfort: Share any preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or adjustments at any time.
• Modesty & Privacy: Professional draping is used for all treatments to ensure your comfort.
• Belongings: We recommend leaving valuables at home. While lockers are provided, the spa is not responsible for lost or left items.
• Wellness Considerations: Notify your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancies, surgeries, or injuries before treatment so we may adapt to your needs.
• Aftercare: Take a moment to rest and rehydrate after your session to extend the benefits of your treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at your discretion. The customary range for spa services is 18%–20%.
