The Healing Art of Touch

It has been proven that massage was an ancient art that many centuries ago was used, to cure illness in Egypt and China about 3000Ab. While in the western world, massage may be a luxury or use as a form of getaway. Massage, for many centuries, has been a source of wellness.  I will share with you the healing art of touch.

Massage many may believe is an indulgence and only allow the recipient to feel good or relax. However, there are numerous benefits of massage. Today we will discuss three benefits that one may receive after experiencing a massage.

(But first, let me share what my qualification is as it pertains to massage therapy. I am a trained, certified, and licensed Spa therapist who has over 20 years of experience in the field of proactive health care. Yes, you have heard, right. Proactive health care that just what it is.)

While massage may have many benefits, here are three areas that will improve after a massage.

First, your circulatory system may experience a boost of energy, as massage aids in the increase in blood circulation. Because blood circulation has increased, oxygen, nutrient, and harmony are taken to the cells. And waist byproducts are removed. Improving one’s cell life. Since cell life is enhanced many of the body systems operate at an optimum

Secondly, your nervous system is also enhanced. When one receives a message, chemical changes occur. This allows the chemical in your brain called p, a pain chemical to reduce and aid in the reduction of pain you may have experienced before the massage.

Thirdly, and most importantly, massage improved the immune system, which aids in our fight or flight skills by reducing the stress hormone called Cortisol. Cortisol, if too much, can kill the cell that causes immunity—lowering your ability to fight even the common cold.

In summary, massage is not a luxury one indulges in to pass the time but a needed proactive health care one uses to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

a)  It increase blood circulation

b)  Massage aid in nerve support

c)  It improve the immune system

Remember that a healthy person is a wealthy person.
